The Role
We’re looking for a talented Kitchen & Joinery Designer to join our team. You’ll work closely with our in-house Interior Designer, as well as our production and installation teams, to bring clients’ visions to life. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for both aesthetics and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and joinery concepts tailored to client needs and budgets
• Collaborate with our Interior Designer to ensure cohesive project outcomes
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D renders, and specifications for client presentations and production
• Liaise with clients from initial consultation through to final design approval • Work with our workshop and installation teams to ensure accurate production and flawless delivery
• Stay up to date with materials, finishes, hardware, and design trends
About You
• Proven experience in kitchen and/or custom joinery design (min. 2–3 years)
• Proficient in CAD/3D design software (e.g. SketchUp/Layout, Cabinet Vision, or similar)
• Strong understanding of joinery construction methods and materials
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail
• Passionate about high-quality design and craftsmanship
