DESIGNER / ESTIMATOR

Joinery & Renovations – Leongatha Kitchens & Bathrooms and VerdeLife Outdoor Kitchens are award-winning design and manufacturing sister-companies operating in South Gippsland, Bass Coast, Melbourne, Victoria; VerdeLife is Australia-wide.
The successful applicant will be responsible for designing a wide variety of projects, from bespoke high-end cabinetry and whole-house fit-outs, for new builds and renovations. Key responsibilities include interpreting design briefs, architectural drawings, house and constructions plans;creating detailed joinery CAD drawings, ready for construction; as well as proficiency in calculating job estimates and preparing jobs for factory production and building trades.
This role is responsible for the client consultation and sales process, ensuring the highest level of client experience, providing excellent presentation and communication. The position is often consulting with clients, providing specialised information on products and services and colour consultations, meeting client’s budget and expectations.
