SuperOven is the first oven that integrates the high technology of the best professional ovens into an iconic Italian design, suitable for the most exclusive kitchens.

SuperOven offers professional performance by allowing all types of cooking, even those that are not possible in traditional ovens, such as grilling, frying, steaming, vacuum, smoking, roasting and dehydrating. Thanks to sensors that continuously monitor the humidity levels inside the cooking chamber, food can be cooked evenly and 3 times faster than in a traditional domestic oven.

Professional performance is combined with ease of use, thanks to a large and intuitive digital panel that can activate more than 400 automatic cooking programmes, for which all it takes is to set the desired result for the ovens to automatically choose the ideal cooking parameters, adapting it to the amount of food being cooked.

The SuperOven Collection consists of two models: Model 1, which the power and versatility of two stacked ovens; the more compact Model 1S, that features a single cooking chamber. Both include a built-in ventilation system with a professional grade activated carbon filter to eliminate odours and vapours. And washing is automatic: at the touch of the screen, SuperOven cleans itself with a solution of water and UNOX’s patented mild, environmentally friendly detergent.

Unox Casa’s SuperOven is increasingly chosen for exclusive designer homes in Australia and around the world. A notable example is the Coolatai House project by Studio Cera Stribley (pictured above): a sanctuary-like residence nestled in nature, where the spaces enjoy a fluid interplay between indoor and outdoor areas. Here, the oven blends seamlessly with the minimalist lines and silvery tones of the kitchen, becoming the focal point and transforming it into the heart of culinary excellence.

Another example is the project by Australian interior designer Jessica Bettenay in Bendigo (above): a timeless vintage home, where the Model 1 serves as a true symbol of cutting-edge design.

Lastly, the most recent Exclusive Project in Malvern (above) showcases a refined residence where marble, modernity, and technology merge to create an intimate and inviting space.
