Alex’s extensive industry experience includes managing a repairs and maintenance business, and succesfully operating his own interior renovation business, Design First, which offered design and project management services for domestic interior renovations.
Alex has been involved in the development and delivery of training courses for designers and trade contractors for many years. He has served on many industry committees and boards in a range of capacities including as President of HIA Qld 2005 – 2007, HIA K&B National Committee 1997-2005 (training convener and vice-chair), Chair - HIA Qld Training and Professional Development Committee 2001-2003 and on the Board of the Qld Industry Skills Council 2003 – 2007.
Alex is currently National Chair of HIA Membership Services Committee, a member of HIA National Policy Congress and a member of HIA Qld Executive.

Rex currently operates Let’s Talk Kitchens in Melbourne, a high end design & project management studio and is Joint Managing Director of TLD Kitchens, a medium sized wholesale cabinet manufacturer.
He was the founding president of the NKBA, (National Kitchen & Bath Association) in Australia 1984-1986 and is currently a committee member of HIA Kitchen & Bathrooms Victoria, has been a judge for HIA Kitchen & Bathroom Awards in Victoria since 2002, and is a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association USA.
Rex has been a winner of HIA best renovated kitchen over $30,000 in 2006. He has been a Kitchen Design lecturer for over 25 years and also a Public Lecturer on Kitchen Design & Planning at the Home Ideas Centre in Clayton Melbourne since 2000. In 2004 he was the Australian delegate to the Inaugural "International Kitchen & Bath Association", (IKBA), conference in Chicago USA.

Simon has nearly thirty years experience across the entire industry horizon including wholesale and retail appliances, manufacture and installation of kitchens and bathrooms. His past two roles have been as Sales and Marketing Director for Nouvelle Design and prior to that a Director of Impala Kitchens. He now runs his own consultancy business, Direct Representation, whose clients include Smeg Appliances, Universal Magazines, Artline Kitchens, Home Ideas Centres, the AWISA committee and other like companies. Simon is regularly asked to speak at functions in Australia and overseas on various industry issues to both consumer and industry groups.
Simon has until recently served the housing industry in the capacities of National Chair of HIA Kitchens and Bathrooms, Member of HIA National Policy Congress, Chair of HIA Kitchens and Bathrooms in NSW and a Committee Member of HIA NSW Regional Executive.
 Elizabeth Luke DipIntDesign, CertIV ResBuilding, CKD, CBD AU, MDIA
Elizabeth is the principal of the very successful Luke Interiors. Elizabeth is a qualified interior designer, residential builder, certified kitchen designer and certified bathroom designer who has worked in interiors since 1987 and is the winner of 27 HIA Kitchen and Bathroom Awards, including Australian Bathroom Designer of the year 5 times.
Additionally Elizabeth has served the housing industry as a Committee Member on the HIA NSW Region Kitchen and Bathrooms Committee and the Industrial Relations and Legal Services Committee.
A member of HIA since 1989 and DIA since 1989, she has been a judge for HIA Kitchens and Bathrooms in ACT and Southern NSW for over 5 years, in the Hunter Regions for 3 years and has judged the National Awards.
Loris Pullen CKD, CBD AU
Loris was one of the first women in the kitchen industry in South Australia and is a freelance designer and multiple Award-Winner with 31 years of practical industry experience. Trading as Independent Kitchen Design since 1984, she offers a design only service, or from concept to completion.
She has a strong commitment to industry professionalism and has taken a key role in the development and delivery of kitchen and bathroom training packages over many years, conducting Kitchen and Bathroom training in SA for HIA from 1995 to 2006. Loris is the immediate past Chair of the KBDi SA Chapter and the HIA K&B National Committee, a role she held from 2001 to 2006. She has been a judge for HIA Kitchens & Bathrooms in SA for 5 years and has been a member of HIA since 1991.
Loris has recently returned from a sponsored tour to Indianapolis USA, speaking to various student and industry groups about “Kitchens and Bathrooms Down Under”, and “Building and Renovation in South Australia”.
Royston Wilson CKD, CBD AU
Royston is an Australian and International award winning designer with extensive experience in Interior and Kitchen and Bathroom Design. Royston is Melbourne based and gives lectures both nationally and internationally along with regularly contributing to magazine editorial both here and abroad. Royston is highly qualified holding a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, an Associate Diploma of Arts - Interior Decoration & Design, and is a Certified Ktichen Designer and Certified Bathroom Designer.
